The CLUB GAMES
2026
One day a year, we settle it.
Every club turns up in the same place and we find out how the work landed. Squads go head to head across strength, conditioning, and a few events we only run once a year. You compete as a squad, so nobody carries it alone. Bring the people who have heard you talk about this all year. Everyone stays for the afterparty.

THE GAME
You compete as a team of 4, 2 women, 2 men, from your club. Every team faces the same four events: a mix of functional strength and conditioning movements across 10 lanes running side by side.
You compete as a team of four, two men and two women, in one of ten lanes. Your heat is forty minutes: four stations in a row, eight minutes of work at each, two minutes to walk to the next. Then you're done, and the next team is already behind you.
Two divisions: Open (moderate loads) and Advanced (heavier prescribed loads). Same workouts, same standards, different loads.
The top teams from the morning heats advance to the finals.
Scoring
Complete the work fast and complete it right. Fastest, cleanest teams win. Reps only count when they meet the standard.
